PhD Candidates' Council of the History Department, University of Warsaw
would like to invite representatives of historical science to the International
Interdisciplinary Scientific Conference: “The
Cognitive Abilities and Value of the Historical Research in Young Scientists'
Opinion”.
One of the primary objectives of the doctoral dissertation is to conduct innovative research aimed at verifying the existing state of knowledge and bringing new values to our discipline. Undoubtedly we understand significance of our projects, on the other hand we are often unaware of different scientific projects conducted in parallel, which can be helpful for us in many dimensions such as methodology or simply expanding our horizons.
Therefore the main scientific aim of the conference organized by the PhD Candidates from Department of History, University of Warsaw, is to initiate a discussion on cognitive abilities and the future of historical research conducted by young scholars. In terms of academic debate we would like to present multidimensional approach to our research value. We would also like to create a platform to discuss experiences and research demands, exchange ideas, which hopefully will help us in launching cooperation between representatives of various historical faculties.
We would like to invite representatives of all historical faculties.
Deadline for the application is 30th of March 2012. Please submit

presentations and offer opportunity to present your research at the poster session.
Please note that the organizers reserve the right to select a chosen number of
applications to be delivered during the conference.
